Obituary
Herman Majors Jr, 83, of West Paducah, died Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 5:29 p.m. at Lourdes Hospital.
Mr. Majors was self-employed and was a member of the former Oakalone AME Church.
Mr. Majors was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Majors and Joan Hughes Majors, six brothers and one sister
Mr. Majors is survived by three sisters, Gladys George, Marie Wilson, both of Toledo, OH, Marcella Robinson, of West Paducah, KY; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home, 1229 Madison Street, Paducah with Reverend James H. Vinson Officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Kevil, KY.
The family will receive visitors from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
