Helen Donzella Sherley, age 58, of Paducah, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018, 6:35 a.m., at the Life Care Center in LaCenter, Kentucky.

Helen was a member of the former Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church and was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School.  She was employed in housekeeping at the former Executive Inn.

She is survived by one son , Chris Shirley and one brother , Homer Sherley, Jr., both of Paducah; three grandchildren and several cousins .

She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Sherley and Helen Russell Sherley and one brother, Christopher "Gene" Eugene Sherley.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, May 4, 2017, 12:00 Noon, at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home.  Reverend Michael Wade will officiate.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
