Hazel Marie Crim-Jones, age 65, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 8, 2010, 4:12 a.m. at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was a registered nurse at the United States Enrichment Corporation in Paducah for 37 years. Jones was a member of the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher, member of the Usher Board and Women's Mission Group.
She was preceded in death by her Father, James A. Crim Sr., a sister and four brothers.
Jones is survived by two daughters, Shayla Stubblefield and Alecia "Nikki" Jones both of Antioch, Tennessee; her Mother, Opal McCorkel Crim of Brownfield, Illinois; three grandchildren; five Brothers, James E. Crim,, Robert I. Crim, and Rodney L. Crim all of Brownfield, Illinois, Prentiss L. Crim of Carrier Mills, Illinois and Ricky L. Crim of Metropolis, Illinois; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010, 1:00 P.M. at the Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church 1324 Bloomfield Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky, Rev. James Draw and Rev. Benny Heady will officiate. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Brownfield, Illinois.
The family will receive visitors from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at the Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church and on Thursday after 11:00 a.m. at the church.
