Loving Memory of Glenda Patrice Wolfe September 8, 1951 – November 27, 2025, Age 74

Glenda Patrice Wolfe was born on September 8, 1951, in Paducah, Kentucky, to Jene Elistene Wolfe. Following her mother’s passing in 1959, Glenda and her three siblings were lovingly raised by Clarence and Beatrice Tooley.

A proud graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, Class of 1969, Glenda went on to attend Murray State University, where she excelled as an athlete, participating in Track and Field during high school and Volleyball, Track, and Tennis in college.

Glenda honorably served in the United States Navy from 1979 to 1989, traveling the world through assignments in China Lake, California; San Diego, California; Naples, Italy; and Okinawa, Japan. After her military service, she remained in San Diego for seven years, working in Security and Patient Care as a CNA. In 1996, Glenda moved to Texas, where she worked for Denbury Resources until her retirement. She later returned to her beloved hometown of Paducah in 2018.

Glenda was a devoted sister, aunt, and friend who cherished time with family and loved sharing stories of her travels and life experiences.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jene Elistene Wolfe; her great uncle and aunt, Clarence and Beatrice Tooley; her brother, Adrian Wolfe; her sister, Sherry Wolfe Clark; and her niece, Courtney Harding.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, David Wolfe of High Pointe, NC; nieces Kimberly Wolfe of Little Elm, TX, and Adrianne Wolfe of Austin, TX; along with several other nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Glenda’s life was a testament to strength, service, and love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
