Gerry Anthony Wilson, age 43, of Paducah, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017, approximately 8:00 p.m., at his residence.

He was of the Baptist faith and a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School where he was a member of the Tilghman Tornado football team.  He was formerly employed with Dippin Dots of Paducah.

He is survived by one brother, James Wilson III of Paducah; three aunts, Janice Williams of Paducah, Dorothy Newbern of Charlotte, NC and Lucille McConnell of Adairsville, GA; one uncle, Olton Dodd of Lawrenceville, GA; one nephew; one niece; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wilson, Jr. and Linda Sue Dodd Wilson.

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, August 12, 20117, 1:00 p.m., at Oak Grove Cemetery with Elder LaRita Horton officiating.
