Gene Hutcherson, age 69, of South Fulton, TN, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017, 6:31 a.m., at his residence.

He was a member of Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church where he sang in the church choir. He was also a member of Jacksonville Lodge #50, F. & A. M., (P. H. A.) of South Fulton, TN.

He is survived by his father , Wayne Hutcherson of Fulton, KY; two brothers , Harry W. Hutcherson of South Fulton, TN and Shawn Hutcherson of California; four sisters , JoAnn Algee and Judy Holliman, both of South Fulton, TN and Myra Ligon of Paducah, KY, and Beverly Pledge of Fulton, KY; several nieces, nephews, and cousins .

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Ida Mae Johnson Hutcherson and four brothers, Greg Hutcherson, Larry Hutcherson, Anthony Hutcherson and Harold Hutcherson.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017, 2:00 p.m., at Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Fulton, KY with Reverend Jessie J. Johnson, Reverend Anthony Johnson and Reverend Calvin R. Cole, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery.

Friends may also call on the family at the church on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday at the church from 12:00 p.m. until 1:50 p.m.

Masonic Rites will also be conducted Wednesday at the church at 7:00 p.m.
