Eva T. Jackson, age 99 years, 2 months and 5 days, received her heavenly crown on Friday, November 18, 2022, 7:30 a.m. at Life Care Center in LaCenter, KY.  She was born in Kevil, KY on September 3, 1923, to Robert T. and Carrie "Hughes" Jackson.

Eva was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Paducah and spent her life as a homemaker and caring for other family members.

Eva was a lifelong member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Kevil, KY where she faithfully served as church secretary and treasurer, Sunday school teacher, a trustee, member of the culinary committee and choir, past president of the West Kentucky Green Valley Women's District and overseer of Oak Grove Cemetery in Kevil.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Modena Jackson, Francis (Bee Bee) Jackson, and Rowena Minot; and three brothers, Roy Jackson, Willard Jackson and Marion (Pap) Jackson.

She leaves to cherish her memory a host of loving cousins including, Audra Lowery, Sandra Broady, Roy Lipscomb, and Ashlee James, her "heart".

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Kevil, KY with Rev. James H. Vinson and Rev. Alvin Ware, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery of Kevil, KY.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Eva T. Jackson will forever be remembered by family and friends for her determination and commitment to doing things "decently and in order" as stated in 1 Corinthians 14:40.
