Eunice Elaine Ragsdale, age 60, of Paducah, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022, 12:40 p.m., at Riverhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, and was formerly employed as a waitress at the former Whaler's Catch Restaurant.

She is survived by one son , Richard Cleo Ragsdale, Jr. of Paducah, five grandchildren , Kannon Ragsdale, Aubrielle Ragsdale, Violet Ragsdale, Fancy Ragsdale and Sirr Richard Ragsdale, all of Paducah; one niece, Adina Garrett of Jonesboro, GA; one nephew, Terry Garrett Jr. of Jonesboro, GA; great nephews, King Jonathan, Judah Jonathan and Noah Jonathan all of Jonesboro, GA; Caleb Garrett and Malcom Garrett both of Macon, GA; great nieces, A'Kiyah Garrett and Jordyn Garrett both of Macon, GA; several cousins and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Cleo Ragsdale, Sr., her parents, Conige Cawthon and Charlene Gray Cawthon and one sister, Vivian Garrett.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday, September 9, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Wade officiating.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

The service will be livestreamed beginning at 10:50 a.m., on the Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home, LLC Facebook Page.

All those in attendance are required to wear masks.
