Eula Bell Rose , age 96 of Gallatin, TN formerly of South Fulton, TN, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, 12:10 a.m. at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin.

She was a former member of Jacksonville Freewill Baptist Church in South Fulton where she was involved in many church activities. Eula most recently united with the First Baptist Church of Gallatin TN.

Eula retired as a custodian at the Fulton County School System.

Eula spent her time crocheting blankets, cooking and baking. Caramel Cake, Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Chip cookies were her specialty.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hallit Knoy Rose and Dorothy Mae Mitchell, one son, Jerry Jerome Rose, one daughter, Patricia Ann Rose Rice, two brothers, Henry Knoy Rose and H. K. Rose, four sisters, Vivian Young, Willie Mae Stunson, Mary Louise Hardeman and Adah Mae Aker.

She leaves to cherish her memory; one son , George Albert (Arlene) Rose of Westmoreland, TN; twelve grandchildren, Anthony (Anita) Rose of Orlando FL, Tony Lowe of Los Angeles, CA, Samuel Hegler of Kalamazoo, MI, Litika (Albert) Hegler-Vickery of Allegon, MI, Sarah Hegler  and Teia Givens both of Kalamazoo, MI, Patrice Hillsman of San Antonio, TX, Leslie Rose of Houston,TX, Dorian Lloyd and Rosalind Rose both of Memphis, TN, Jerome Rose, of Los Angeles, CA and Kimberly Lawrence of Louisville, KY; thirty-six great-grandchildren, nineteen great-great grandchildren , several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 5, 2022, 12 noon at Brooks Chapel Kingdom Harvest in South Fulton, TN with Reverend James Watford and Reverend Leroy Brent officiating.  Burial will follow in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens in Fulton, KY.

Friends may call Saturday at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

All in attendance are required to wear a mask.
