Earthen Thomas "Chuck" Carson, age 88, of Paducah, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019, 1:15 pm, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center of Paducah.

He was a member of Miles Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and was formerly employed as an over-the-road truck driver for Pie Trucking Company.

He is survived by one daughter , Yolanda Winston of Houston, TX; two sons , Derrick Carson of Paducah and Ronald Winston of Dallas, TX; three grandchildren ; six great-grandchildren ; several cousins .

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus Carson, Jr. and Alice Grace Carson, his step-mother, Willie Mae Carson, his wife, Jackie Searles; one daughter, Laura Williams; and one granddaughter.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2019, 11:00 am, at Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend James L. Hudson and Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
