Funeral Service for Dorothy A. Pierce, 57, of Paducah, Kentucky, formerly of Hickman, Kentucky, will be Saturday, January 12, 2008, 1:00 P.M., at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Hickman, KY. Reverend Steven Turner will officiate, and burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

She passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, 4:30 A.M., at Lourdes Hospital, Paducah, KY.

Friends may call at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Hickman, Kentucky on Saturday, January 12, 2008, from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.

Dorothy was a member of Johnson Chapel where she was the church clerk, a member of the Missionary Circle and a Mother of the church. She was also secretary of the Eugenia Chapter #164, Order of the Eastern Star.

Dorothy was a former employee of Henry I. Siegel Company for over 20 years.

She is survived by:

A Son – Bobby Joe Pierce, Hickman, KY

A Grandson – Marcus Pierce, Hickman, KY

A Brother - Rev. Hulon Warren, Paducah, KY

One Sister – Mamie Jackson, Hickman, KY

Several Neices & Nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, Owen Warren and Florine Johns Warren, her husband, Willie Roy Pierce, a step-son, Willie James Pierce three brothers, and, two sisters.
