Obituary
Dorothy Mae Patterson, 76, of Paducah, passed away Sunday, February 5, 11:15 a.m., at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
She was a member of Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the culinary committee. She was a registered nurse and had been employed with both Western Baptist Hospital and Lourdes Hospital.
She is survived by two sons, Tyrone D. Goodwin, Jr. of Bryans Road, MD and Spencer Dewayne Goodwin of Laurel, MD; three daughters, Gina Louise Goodwin of Bryans Road, MD, Debra Latrice Patterson-Michaeux of Houston, TX and Garylynne Patterson-Gaymon of Dallas, TX; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Willa Mae Smith of Paducah and Ernestine Gary of Dallas, TX; three brothers, Huey Lee Gary of Paducah, William Gary and Keith Gary, both of Seattle, WA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Paul Gary and Millie Mann Gary, and two brothers.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 11, 2017, 12:30 p.m., at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating.
Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m.
