Donna Grundy Johnson Meadows, age 63 of Mayfield, KY, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2022, 3:30 p.m. at her residence.

She attended Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Paducah.  Donna had an associate degree from West Kentucky Community Technical College and formerly employed at Garan's as a seamstress.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Odessa Grundy Coneal; one daughter, Brittany Johnson, six brothers, Willie Coneal, Bobby Coneal, Martin Coneal, Reggie Grundy, Harvey Grundy and Ronald Grundy and three sisters, Margie Williams, Mildred Alexander and Maria Ward, grandparents, Odie Grundy and L. Truman Grundy.

She is survived by her husband , Daryel Meadows of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Wallace (Angie) Coneal of Detroit, MI ; four sisters, Barbara Weatherspoon of Louisville, Carolyn Cruse of Mayfield, Patricia Alexander and Rosolyn Grundy, both of Detroit, MI ; two step-sons, William (Lashika) Chamberlain and Joshua (Tammy) Chamberlain; two-step-daughters , Carolyn (Anthony) Moore and Shirley Hollands, all of Paducah; two sisters-on-laws, Charlene (David) Daugherty and Nietha (Mitchell) Tyson both of Metropolis,IL; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, February 11, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Johnson of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Oakton, KY officiating.  Burial will follow in Clinton Cemetery in Clinton, KY.

Friends may call Friday at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.

All in attendance are required to wear a mask.
