David Allen Reynolds, age 64, of Paducah, passed away, Thursday, August 24, 2018, 3:58 p.m., at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

He is survived by two sisters , Rosetta Broxsie and Blanche Hensley both of Paducah; two brothers , Edward Stevens and Arthur Stevens, both of Indianapolis, IN; several nieces, nephews, and cousins .

He was preceded in death by his father, Rankin Oliver Reynolds, Sr., his mother, Rosie Lee Harris Reynolds, one brother, Rankin Oliver Reynolds, Jr., one sister, Sarah Tart.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
