Da’Mareon Q. Harmon Prather, lovingly known as "Mareon," was born on July 16, 1994, in Paducah, Kentucky, to proud parents Johnny Harmon and Charlotte Prather. Mareon graduated from Paducah Tilghman High School in 2012.
As a devoted family man, Mareon cherished every moment spent with his beloved son. His warm smile had the power to brighten the day of anyone he encountered. Known for his kindness and respectfulness, Mareon touched the lives of many with his helpful nature. He had a passion for dancing and enjoyed listening to music of all genres, especially gospel. Whenever the opportunity arose, he highly enjoyed traveling.
Mareon's memory will be lovingly carried forward by His Fiancée, Tiffany Brown, and His Son, Josiah Miller, both of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by His Parents, Johnny (Antonia) Harmon and Charlotte Prather, and a large, loving family including Sixteen Siblings: Johnny "JB" Harmon, Jr., Jonesha Harmon, Won Won Harmon, Jordan Harmon, Makel Askew, Alexius Askew, Tanashia Askew, Janijha Askew, Kashawne Walker, Soniqua Mayes, Jonni Harmon, Innoj Harmon, Dai’Quan Harmon, J.D. Harmon, Reisha Prather, and Quesha Prather. His Grandmothers, Bernice Harmon and Linda Dyson, along with Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends, will also cherish his memory. A Special Friendship with Brendon Boyd will forever be remembered.
Awaiting him at Heaven’s Gates are his sisters, Sophia Harmon and Jonnie Harmon, along with his paternal grandfather, Johnny Bailey Hoyle, and maternal grandfather, Charles Crockett.
Mareon will be deeply missed but will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will gather to honor Mareon’s life and memory on July 25, 2026, at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Bloomfield Avenue, Paducah, KY 42001. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 12:00 p.m.
