Courtney Re'Shawn Harding, 32, of Joliet, IL, formerly of Paducah, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014, 10:46 am in Vicksburg, MS.
Courtney was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Joliet and a graduate of Western Gilford High School in Greensboro, NC and attended Central University in Durham, NC. She was employed by Ameristar Casino as a waitress.
She is survived by her daughter Cheyenne Elizabeth Adams of Joliet, IL; her parents, David Wolfe of High Point, NC and Natacha Sims of Joliet, IL; two brothers, Charles Sims and Corey Sims, both of Joliet, IL; two sisters, Christina Sims of Joliet, IL and Adrianne Wolfe of Greensboro, NC; one niece, one nephew, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister Cierra Sims.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014, 12:00 Noon at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home. Reverend Michael Wade will officiate and burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may also call on Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the funeral hour.
