Corey Lamont Green, age 45 of Paducah, passed away on Thursday July 27, 2023 at Respiratory and Nursing Care Facility in Moraine, Ohio.

Corey was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and loved fishing and enjoyed entertaining people, he was joy to be around.  His favorite words he would quote "Ain't He Alright".

Corey was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Parker and Ada M. Green, four aunts, Millie Gary, Rose Lee Thomas Anderson, Pearl Green and Bettye Muse, three uncles, Willie Thomas, Garfield Green Jr., and Alfred Freeman.

He leaves to cherish his memory: one brother, Andre' Green of Fayetteville, NC, one sister, Courtney Walker of Murfreesboro, TN and two nephews, one aunt, Mary Lee White of Paducah and one uncle, Eddie (Debra) Green of Paducah and a host of cousins and friends.

Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, August 5, 2023, 5:00 p.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Wade officiating.

There will be no visitation.
