Obituary
Conne L. Watts, 78, Paducah, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014, 10:35 am, at Baptist Health Paducah.
He attended St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church and was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School and retired from the City of Paducah in the Sanitation Department.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dorothy Crockett Watts of Paducah; three sons, Edward Crockett of Paducah and Johnny Watts and Michael Watts, both of New York, NY; one daughter, Lori Smith of Nashville, TN, nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Ervin Watts of Clearwater, FL, Tommy Gamble of Holiday, FL, and Brian Harris of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents Johnny B. Watts and Barbara Dobbins ; two brothers and one sister.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 18, 2014, 1:00 pm at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend James H. Vinson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with military rites.
Friends may also call at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 am until the funeral hour.
