Obituary
Charlotta H. Crim, 93, of Metropolis, IL, passed away March 21, 2017, at her residence.
She was a member of Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church and served as treasurer of the Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.
Charlotta was a retired educator of the Kankakee, IL School District where she had taught for over 40 years. She was a graduate of Joppa High School and received both her Bachelor of Science and Master's Degrees from Southern Illinois University.
She was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a participant of the Spirit of Attucks.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John B. Crim and Mary B. Long Crim, one brother and eight sisters.
She is survived by one sister, Mary Crim Harvey of Metropolis, IL and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Choates, IL on April 8, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
