Charity Ann Fields, age 76, of Paducah, passed away Friday, April 7, 2017, 12:15 a.m., at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

She was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an usher and was a homemaker.

Charity is survived by one son, Bryan Fields and one daughter, Lisa Fields, both of Paducah; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Clarence Fields and Mark Fields, and one sister, Marilyn Bryant, all of Paducah; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Hardin Fields and Lovie Lorene Morris Fields; four sisters; and one brother.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend James H. Vinson and Donna Fox officiating.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral
hour.
