Funeral service for Cathy E. Bolen , age 51, of Indianapolis, Indiana formerly of Paducah, Kentucky will be Monday, June 16, 2008, 1:00 P.M. at the Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries with Rev. Ronnie Coneal Jr. & Rev. Michael Wade to officiate.

She passed away on Monday, June 9, 2008, 5:46 P.M., at the Community East Hospital in Indianapolis.

Cathy was a 1974 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and a 1976 graduate of Draughons Business College. She had been employed as a secretary for Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Indianapolis.

Special visitation will be held Monday at the church from 12 noon until the funeral hour.

She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond Bolen & Juanita Whitfield Bolen and a brother Sammy D. Bolen.
