Obituary
Carl Edward "Bim" Norvell, 66, of Paducah, died on Saturday, September 26, 2009, 10:05 A.M. at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Mr. Norvell worked as Laborer for many years until he became disabled.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oney Norvell and Lizzie Parchman Norvell; one sister, and two brothers.
He is survived by one daughter, Lola Haynes, Milwaukee, WI, one sister, Elizabeth Dean Thomas, Nashville, TN; one brother, Larry Barnes, Paducah, KY; four grandchildren, one aunt, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2009, 12:00 Noon at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home, 1229 Madison Street, Paducah, KY, with Reverend Donald Topp Officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at Pettus-Rowland funeral home.
