Buster Wheeler Morrison, Sr., 80, of Paducah, KY, died Wednesday, October 5, 2011, 6:05 p.m., at Metropolis Health Care Center in Metropolis, IL.

He was a member of Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church, a "Duke of Paducah", and a professional musician.

He is survived by nine sons, Buster W.Morrison, Jr., Danny Williams, Brandon Dunivin, Shon Williams, Chad Williams, Wayne Morrison, all of Paducah, KY, Rev. Peter Williams of Atlanta, GA, Gary Morrison of Corinth, MS, and Lawrence Justice of Kansas City, MO; three daughters, Cynthia Walker of St. Louis, MO, Janet Aden of Cleveland, OH, and Brooke Dunivin of Paducah, KY; one brother, Leonard Morrison of Carbondale, IL; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Estella Roberta Morrison; parents, Rufus Morrison and Mable Vannie Walker Morrison; two daughters, Sharon Morrison Woolen and Yolanda Morrison; two sons, Earl Cecil Williams and William Morrison; a brother and a sister.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2011, 1:00 P.M., at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Alfred Anderson will officiate, and burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may also call at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 12, 2011, from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.
