Brittany Ann Brooks, age 31 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Murfreesboro.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Carbondale, IL where she was baptized on June 30, 1996.

She was a 2008 graduate of Normal Community West in Normal, IL and attended Heartland Community College.

She is survived by her parents ; Ricky and Lena Allen Brooks of Murfreesboro, TN; four aunts, Abadean Jackson of Paducah, Jean Smith and Jeanette Smith both of Decatur, IL and Cathy Crutchfield of Greensboro, NC; five uncles; Ronnie (Tanya) Bond of Decatur, IL, McArthur (Tia) Allen of Atlanta, GA, James (Doris) Allen and Ray (Toris) Allen both of Paducah, KY and several cousins, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, January 21, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call on Thursday from 12 noon until the funeral hour.
