On Monday, April 14, 2025, Brenda L. Davis passed away at Baptist Health Hospital. At the time of her passing, Brenda had embraced life on earth for 55 years, 6 months, and 7 days.

Brenda L. Davis, aka "BB", was born in Paducah, Kentucky on October 7, 1969, the daughter of Albert Williams and Sylvia Gordon. She attended Paducah Tilghman High School and was a faithful member of Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church in Paducah where she cheerfully lifted her voice as a member of the choir.

Brenda was known for being a "diva" because she loved to shop. Along with shopping, she enjoyed all sorts of music. Her love for her children and her entire family had no boundaries.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a granddaughter, Miyah Williams Johnson, four brothers, Arthur Reed, Henry Lee Washington Gordon, Willie B. Reed and Lacy Reed, two sisters, Helen Reed and Mary Reed, her maternal grandparents, Frierson and Annie Mae Lane, her paternal grandmother, Alberta Williams and her great grandparents, Will and Ella Gordon.

Left behind to cherish precious memories of Brenda are her Spouse, Wayne Davis; Three Sons, Michael William Johnson, Darrius Davis and LaKenzie Williams, all of Paducah, Kentucky; Two Granddaughters, Achari Tabler of Paducah, Kentucky and Mikayla Williams Johnson, One Grandson, Michael Williams Johnson, Jr., both of Burlington, New Jersey; Six Sisters, Dorothy Reed, Roberta Reed, Annie Reed, Gladys Reed, Charlene Morgan, and Vera Reed; Two Brothers, Willie Reed and Bobby Reed, all of Paducah, Kentucky; a Host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends; and Special Friend, Bertha Harmon of Paducah, Kentucky.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025 12 Noon at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
