Obituary
Bonnie R. Roach, 70, of Paducah died Friday, January 14, 2011, 6:30 a.m. at her residence in Paducah.
Bonnie was a member of Enoch Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she served on the Culinary Committee. She retired from Lourdes Hospital in Environmental Services.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie D. Ballard and Marion Hill Greer, her husband Bobby Earl Roach, two sisters and one brother.
Bonnie is survived by, one son, Horace Beasley, Paducah, KY; one daughter, Doresa L. Southward, Paducah, KY; two sisters, Mary E. Payne, Murray, KY and Janice Fowler, Paris, TN; one brother, Arthur Blythe, Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 21, 2011 at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Bloomfield Avenue, Paducah, KY 42001, with Reverend Alfred Anderson and Reverend Phillip Farrow, Officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.
Friends may call the church on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.
Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home of Paducah, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
