Obituary
Bobbie Ann Atkins Swanson, 75, of Paducah passed away Friday, March 18, 2016, 3:17 a.m. at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis, Illinois.
She was a member of the Apostle House of God In Truth. Her employments included a Nurse Aide at the former Medco Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; a laborer at Central Veneers and worked in Day Care at Grace Episcopal Church.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Atkins and Lillian Atkins Oden; two brothers; three sisters and a granddaughter.
Survivor's include One Son, Billy Swanson of Columbus, S.C.; Two Daughters both of Paducah, Waver Woods Coleman and Jennifer Swanson; Nine Grandchildren; Three Great-Grandchildren; Two Brothers, Charlie Oden of Petersburg, VA and Jesse Oden of Paducah, KY; Three Sisters, Rebbie Beans of Raleigh, N.C., Martha Grubbs and Juette Bell both of Paducah, KY, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016,
1:30 p.m. at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating.
Friends may call at the Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
