Billy G. Perry, 75, Paducah, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014, 7:00 am, at his residence.

Billy was a member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church and an Air Force Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War Era with the 4510 ^th Civil Engineering Squad. He was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School and was formerly employed with the Tennessee Valley Authority and retired from Kroger's.

Billy is survived by one daughter , Sherry Elaine Perry Bartlett of Louisville; one granddaughter , Donee Bartlett of Louisville; one sister , Ja'Net (Gary) Freeman of Paducah ; three nieces ; Tongo Lynn Miller,
Twanda Maxwell and Tara Garrett all of Paducah; two nephews ; James Cannon of Tuscaloosa, AL and Jewell Maxwell of Oklahoma City, OK; several great nieces , great nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Jewell H. Perry, Sr. and Emma Mae Stubblefield Perry; one sister, Bernice Maxwell; and two brothers, Jewell H. Perry, Jr. and Wayne Perry.

Funeral service will be Monday, March 24, 2014, 1:00 pm, at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home with Reverend Donna G. Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with military rites.

Friends may also call at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 am until the funeral hour.
