Bettye T. Muse, age 95, of Paducah, KY passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021, 7:03 a.m. at Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

Bettye was a faithful member of the former Mount Olive Freewill Baptist Church where she served as an usher and on the culinary staff.

Bettye was known for her love of bowling. She was a dedicated member of the Wednesday Night Pacesetters Bowling League. She was a nurturer who loved children, cooking, and traveling. She was known as a very impressive "sharp dresser".

She is survived by one brother , Eddie (Debra) Green; one sister , Mary Lee White; a bonus son , Corey Green, all of Paducah, and several nieces, nephews and friends .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Booker T. Muse, Jr.; her parents, Leslie Thomas and Mary Johnson Green Thomas; four sisters, Millie Gary, Rose Lee Thomas Anderson, Pearl Green and Ada Green; and three brothers, Willie Thomas, Garfield Green, Jr. and Alfred Freeman.

Services for Bettye T. Muse will be conducted on Saturday, December 18, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Rev. Donna G. Hawkins presiding.

Friends may visit the funeral home beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

All attendees are required to wear a mask.
