Betty Sue Snipes Johnson age 68 years, 8 months and 9 days received her heavenly crown on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 10:07 a.m. at Baptist Health Paducah. Betty was born to the late Robert Vinson Snipes and Annie Loretta Thompson Snipes on January 29, 1956 in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

Betty was a homemaker and a member of White Oak Missionary Baptist Church where she served as a former choir member.

Betty loved spending quality time with her family and her favorite pastime in which she thoroughly enjoyed was playing being Bingo and going to Walmart.

Besides her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Johnson Sr. and her son, Jessie Johnson Jr.

Betty Leaves to cherish her memory: Two Daughters, Ronda Crumble and Regina Patterson, Both of Paducah, KY; Two Sons, Jeterius Johnson and Benjamin Johnson, Both of Paducah, KY; Eighteen Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren ; One Brother, Danny Thompson of Indiana; Six Sisters, Carolyn Snipes and Sarah (Joe) Wilkins Both of Paducah, KY, Rochelle Snipes and Bonnie Snipes Both of Tiptonville, TN, Marie (Fred) Jackson of Dyersburg, TN, Lorine Snipes of Indiana and A Host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins other Relatives and Friends.

Family will receive friends for a visitation service on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. here at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
