Obituary
Bertha Martin Dickerson, 67, of Paducah died at 12:02 P.M. Thursday at Western Baptist Hospital.
She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Western Baptist Hospital in the Labor and Delivery Department over 43 years. She was a member of Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband John Samuel Dickerson of Paducah; one daughter Evelyn Faye Morris of Paducah; two step-sons, Adrian Stubblefield of
Paducah and Eric Dickerson of Aurora, IL; five step-daughters, Tiffany Bolen of Atlanta, GA, Charise Stubblefield of Paducah, Sharon Dillon and Myrine Dicker-
Son, both of Milwaukee, WI and Rhonda Reed of Sacramento, CA; twelve
Grandchildren; two Great-Grandchildren; one brother, Marshall Weatherspoon of Paducah; two sisters, Armentah Marie Knox of Clinton and Frances M. Thomas of Paducah; one aunt, Emma Scott of Mayfield; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lorse Weatherspoon and Lena Crumble Weatherspoon; two sisters and three brothers.
Funeral services were held at 12 Noon Friday, May 27, 2010, at Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverends James L. Hudson and W.G. Harvey officiating. Burial followed in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
