Barbara L. Gray, age 86, of Paducah, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021, 9:17 a.m., at her son's residence in West Paducah.

She was a member of Washington Street Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an usher.  She was retired from the Paducah Sun Newspaper as an editor.  She was also a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Cecilia Dunlap Grand Chapter, Jurisdiction of Kentucky.

She is survived by three sons , Damaris Lemond Gray, of Paducah, Reverend Wendell D. Gray of Arlington, and Jerry Wayne Gray, Sr. of West Paducah; five grandchildren ; several great and great great-grandchildren, and cousins .

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Marshall Gray, Jr., one sister and one brother.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Saturday, February 20, 2021, 12:00 Noon, at Washington Street Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Wendel D. Gray and Reverend Raynarldo Henderson officiating.  Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may also call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Due to state mandated Covid-19 restrictions, you are asked to wear both a mask and gloves to enter the church.
