Obituary
Artavius Rashaud Chunn, 18, of Paducah, died Wednesday, April 1, 2009, 6:00 a.m. at Western Baptist Hospital.
Chunn attended Western High School in Louisville, Kentucky, where he played football. He attended New Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church and Ware Memorial Church of God In Christ.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, James Chunn and a brother James Chunn.
Chunn is survived by his Father, Jeffery Chunn of Chattanooga, TN, his Mother, Cotrena Woods Chunn of Paducah, KY,a Sister, LaQuita Thomas of Louisville, KY.; Seven Brothers, Jeffery Chunn, Jr., Chattanooga, TN., Quentin Woods, DeVonte Woods, JaVario Woods and Xavier Chunn all of Paducah, KY., Cedric Hamilton of Louisville, KY. and Keyshan Thomas Chunn of Chattanooga, TN.; Grandparents are Mattie Woods and Marshall Weatherspoon of Paducah, KY.; Shirley Chunn of Chattanooga, TN.; Five Aunts, Three Uncles, Four Nieces, Four Nephews and several cousins.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2009, at New Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church, 1249 North 12th Street, Paducah. Rev. W.G. Harvey and Rev. Michael Wade will officiate. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at the church.
