April Marie Mims McNutt, age 33, of Mayfield, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, 4:01 a.m. at Jackson Purchase Medical Center of Mayfield.

She was employed in retail at the Goodwill Industries. April attended Second Christian Church Disciples of Christ. She attended Fisk University and graduated from the University of Phoenix.

She is survived two sons, Da'Jae Isaiah Dwayne McNutt and Genesis Amer Roman Blasher both of Mayfield; her parents , Dwayne McNutt and Jacqueline Denise Mims- McNutt of Sacramento, CA; a sister , Keona Diamond McNutt of Sacramento, CA; Her Grandparents , Louise Mims of Mayfield and Sally Beatrice Rice of Modesto, CA; several uncles, aunts nieces, nephews, and cousins .

She was preceded in death by her Grandfather's Gaddis Mims, Jr. and James McNutt and one aunt Cherlonda Futrell.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 , 6:00 pm , at the Second Christian Church Disciples of Christ with Reverend Dennis Gray officiating.
