Obituary

Funeral Service for Annie Mae Lane, 86, Paducah, will be Tuesday, September 2, 2008, 1:00 P.M. at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Alfred Anderson will officiate, and burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery.

Mrs. Lane died at Western Baptist Hospital on Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 12:10 A.M.

Friends may call at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesday morning from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.

Mrs. Lane was a member of Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church where she served in the usher ministry and on the Mother's Board. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by:

Three (3) Grandsons – Henry Lee Gordon & Willie James Reed; Both of Paducah, KY
Bobby Reed; St. Louis, MO

Nine (9) Granddaughters – Dorothy Reed, Roberta Reed, Annie Mae Reed, Helen Marie
Reed, Gladys Reed, Charlene Morgan, Mary J. Reed, Vera Reed,
& Brenda Williams; All of Paducah, KY

25 Great-Grandchildren & 24 Great Great-Grandchildren

Several Nieces, Nephews & Cousins, including 1st cousin, Minnie Oldham.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frieson Lane; her parents Rase Pernell & Ella Gordon Pernell; a daughter Sylvia Reed; a sister Roxie Mae Johnson, a brother Robert Izas Ellis, Sr., three (3) grand-children & two (2) great-great grandchildren.
