On Saturday, June 28, 2014, at approximately 2:59 pm, Amy Renee Horice, at the age of 41 years, 3 months, and 16 days, went to live with the Heavenly Father in her newly prepared home. She was born the lovely daughter to her proud parents Jerry Crittendon and Lottie Bynum Polledo on March 12, 1973 in Union City, Tennessee. Amy was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Anne Crittendon and her grandparents Wayne and Ilar Mae Bynum.

Amy was of the Church of Christ faith. She was formerly employed as a cook at Steak 'N Shake Restaurant and had attended West Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Amy was a very caring person who loved her children and continually expressed this love to them in many ways. She was even looking forward to being a grandmother. Amy enjoyed working with crossword puzzles, word searches and fishing.
