lonzo Bonds, 76, Paducah passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017, 6:45 a.m.  at Baptist Health Paducah.

He was a member of the former Seventh Street Baptist Church and a retiree from the Paducah City School System.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Bonds and Cora Fair Nunn, step-father Roosevelt Nunn, Sr. one brother and one granddaughter.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years; Linda Sue Wilson Bonds; two daughters; Vanessa Bonds and Rachel Bonds Martin both of Paducah, KY; two sons , Gregory Bonds and James Bonds both of Covington, GA; five Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren ; three brothers; Roosevelt Nunn, Clarence Nunn and Marvin Nunn all of Paducah; two sisters ; Carolyn Henderson of South Field, MI; Vanessa Jones of Paducah; one uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2017, 12 noon at the Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverends Calvin R. Cole Sr. and Melanie Nunn officiating.

Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
