Allie B. Phelps, age 92, of Paducah, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, 10:45 pm, at Providence Pointe Healthcare of Paducah.

She was a member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church and was employed as a supervisor in environmental services at the former Holiday Inn.

She is survived by one son , Gary Freeman and one daughter , Charmaine (Ralph) Hartsfield, both of Paducah, two grandchildren, Lori (Max) Russell of Metropolis, IL and Melissa Hartsfield of Paducah; three great-grandchildren , Dominique Russell and Max Russell both of Metropolis, IL and Leah Scruggs of Paducah, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend, Rose Hart of Paducah.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Phelps; her parents, Jess Willis and Addie Williams Willis; two sisters, Jessie Bell Kinley and Nina Ree Crossland Arnold and two brothers, Alonzo Willis and John Willis.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2022, 12 Noon, at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Calvin R. Cole, Sr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

All attendees are required to wear masks.
