Alan Lewis Hodge Sr., age 69, of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, 12:18 a.m. at his residence.

He was a member of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, a retiree from General Tire Company in Mayfield and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Lee Hodge and Julia Marie Titsworth Jackson and one sister.

He is survived by two daughters; Alana Hodge of Paducah, Danetra Hodge of Bowling Green, KY, one son; Alan Hodge of Antioch, TN, two sisters; Janice Shaw and Teresa Brooks both of Paducah, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2019, 12 noon at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin R. Cole Sr., officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with military rites.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
