Obituary
Adrienne Lewis, 57, of Paducah died at 6:42 p.m. Thursday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
She was of the Catholic Faith and attended St. Francis De Sales Church. She was an employee for eleven years at Courtyard By Marriott in clerical administration.
She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Peach of Dyer, IN; three sons, Michael J. Lewis, Gregory Lewis and Jerome Lewis all of Paducah, KY; Her Mother, Frances Evans Roberto of Mererville, IN; two sisters, Sandy Ayala and Carol Segovia both of Chicago, IL; six grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Roberto, a sister and a brother.
Services will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home in Paducah with Gregory Waldrop officiating.
Friends may also call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
